Pricing below is guidance for budgeting conversations. Every engagement is quoted after scoping; we do not charge card payments on this website.

Factors that increase scope
- More than one production region or disaster-recovery site to assess
- Missing source code for compiled modules or third-party black boxes
- Regulated data domains requiring separate migration test environments
- Parallel running periods longer than one financial quarter
- Travel outside Gauteng for on-site workshops
Deposits and payment terms
Assessments and workshops require a 40% deposit to schedule calendar time; coaching sprints are invoiced weekly in arrears. Standard payment term is 14 days from invoice. See refund and cancellation for deposit rules.
