Pieter van Wyk embeds with your squad for two-week sprints while you extract a vertical slice from legacy code.
Includes daily stand-downs, pair sessions on risky changes, definition of parallel-run checks, and a cutover rehearsal. You keep all code; we leave written notes for the next slice. Billed per day (from R 18 500 ex VAT) with a minimum of eight days per sprint.
Prerequisite: a chosen slice and assessment or workshop output so scope is bounded. Check availability.
